Thread
We use Sunbrella ™ products mainly, but also offer other traditional and innovative fabrics such as Weblon™ and Stamoid™. 5 yr Warranty. Gore-tex ™ Tenara thread is standard. This thread will last the warranted life of the fabric. We double stitch all main seams for strength, u.v. and water resistance.
Zipper Sliders
Strataglass™
We use ykk™ Marine-Mate u.v. zippers with ceramic or plastic sliders. We hide them from u.v. to make them last the life of the fabric, with reasonable maintenance. We use 1" .065 or .080 gauge stainless steel and 1'1/4 .080, for our frames, rails and support bars to match job requirements.

Window Material

We use 1" .065 or .080 gauge stainless steel and 1'1/4 .080, for our frames, rails and support bars to match job requirements.

 The Standard is .040 gauge Sea-Flex™ double-polished clear vinyl. It is a consistent high quality product and is reasonably priced. This vinyl may last 5 years with reasonable maintenance and optional window covers.

Strataglass™ .040 double-polish clear vinyl offers more scratch resistance, is a price upgrade, and may last 5 years or longer with reasonable maintenance and optional window covers. Makrolon ™ .060 gauge polycarbonate is an abrasion and u.v. resistant hard finish surface. If you want high quality distortion free optics, this is the product. Makrolon AR P.C. will last 5 years with reasonable maintenance and optional window covers.
